The Training Bureau's mission is to provide many opportunities for employees to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities through various training and employee development programs: Employee Development Program (EDP), EDP Orientation - EA Hands-on-Rotation, Fundamentals of Engineering/Professional Engineering Program (FE/PE Review Course), Engineering Training Orientation Program (ETOP), and E-Learning. The Training Bureau operates under the leadership of the Transportation Director's Office.
