Travel Pattern Survey - 2008

Dear US 280 Motorist:

The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), is conducting a survey of motorists who use the US 280 corridor, to better understand their driving experience. Recently you were handed a survey card to fill out for a specific trip. Your input will assist in determining travel patterns and trip characteristics, which will be used in our planning and development efforts to better serve you. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey, reflecting on the trip you were making when you received this questionnaire. This website is meant to be a guide. Please review each section on how to properly fill out the questionnaire that was handed to you. Once you answer all of the survey questions, please send us your response within one week on this self addressed, postage paid questionnaire. It is important to note that the answers are kept confidential and will only be used for planning purposes. If you receive multiple survey cards, please fill out each one you receive.This is your opportunity to participate in the planning process.
