Mission Statement:

Our mission as Computer Services(Technical Support Team) focuses on the deployment of new pc’s and peripherals; administration of Microsoft Volume Licensing; creating and testing pc images for deployment; recommending hardware configuration solutions; providing application software support and instruction; installation and configuration of operating systems and application software; responding to trouble calls initiated by the pc end user in reference to hardware and software issues; trouble shooting all aspects of hardware and software; performing site surveys to determine and implement optimum network connectivity solutions; and implementing client server technology throughout the department of transportation; and exemplifying professionalism.
