In Person and Online Public Involvement: Bridge Replacement over Bogue Creek

Project Overview

Location: Sulligent (Lamar County)

The proposed project is located on AL-118 (US-278) in the City of Sulligent, Lamar County, Alabama. The project proposes to replace the existing bridges (BINs 001818 and 001819) over Bogue Creek with wider bridge culverts. Construction of the proposed project will be done in phases and the road will remain open during construction. Additional right-of-way will be required.

The purpose of this public involvement meeting is to inform the public of the design features for the project. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is interested in obtaining input from the people who use this route.
