The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is proposing an intersection improvement project at the intersection of AL-12 (US-84) and John D. Odom Road, west of Dothan, Alabama. The proposed improvements include the addition of pedestrian crossing facilities, dedicated turning lanes, and a westbound through lane. Please see the improvements shown in the Project Overview Map. No detour will be required for this project and right of way is not anticipated at this time.
The purpose of this online public involvement is to inform the public of the proposed project. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is interested in obtaining input from the people who use this route.
All comments regarding this project must be submitted on or before Thursday, August 8, 2024.
