The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is proposing to improve traffic flow and address safety concerns by modifying access at the intersection of AL-12 (US-84) and AL-141 near Elba, Coffee County, Alabama. The proposed work includes the addition of concrete islands in the median, as well as the addition of u-turn lanes. Lane closures will be necessary during construction.
The purpose of this public involvement meeting is to inform the public of the design features for the project. ALDOT is interested in obtaining input from the people who use this route.
