In-Person and Online Public Involvement: East Gadsden Connector

Online Public Involvement: East Gadsden Connector

Project Overview

Location: Gadsden (Etowah County)

The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is proposing to provide a six‐lane roadway from the end of the Coosa River Bridge to the intersection of State Route (SR) 1 (US‐431) and SR‐74 (US‐278) in Gadsden, Alabama. It is anticipated that the project would improve traffic conditions along I-759, US-431, US-278, and other area roads in east Gadsden.

The purpose of this public involvement meeting is to inform the public of the design features for the project. ALDOT is interested in obtaining input from the people who use this route.
