Online Public Involvement: US-90 Access Management and Safety Improvements from Theodore to Tillman’s Corner

Online Public Involvement: US-90 Access Management

Project Overview

Location: Theodore/Tillman's Corner, AL (Mobile County)

ALDOT is proposing to improve traffic flow and address safety concerns by modifying access and reducing conflict points. The project will simplify and smooth the traffic flow along the corridor by reducing the number of intersections, median crossovers, and modify or remove a select number of driveways. The project will improve safety and reduce delays along US-90(SR-16) from the intersection of Swedetown Rd in Theodore to just past the intersection of Rangeline Rd/Nevius Rd in Tillman's Corner. It will also include new islands, pavement markings, and striping.
