Project Overview

Location: Pike Road (Montgomery County)

The proposed project will modify the intersection at SR-53 (US-231) and SR-6 (US-82) near Pike Road, Alabama. The proposed work includes adding a signal at the intersection of US-231 and US-82, median alterations along US-231, and adding a right turn lane on US-82 to Old Carter Hill Road. No detours will be needed for this project.
The purpose of this public involvement meeting is to inform the public of the design features for the project. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is interested in obtaining input from the people who use this route.
