If you haul in Alabama, but never ordered a permit online, the following information is required when logging in to order your Oversize/Overweight Permit:

After logging in, you are required to update your password.
You will be required to enter your previous password and a new password.
You must enter your new password twice. Click Update.
Log out to save changes and Log in with your new credentials.
