Project Overview

Location: Columbiana (Shelby County)

The proposed project is located on AL-25 between the Cities of Calera and Columbiana in Shelby County. The project will replace the bridge on AL-25 over Camp Branch Creek with a modern structure that meets current design standards. The bridge will be closed during construction. While local traffic will have access to AL-25, through traffic will be detoured along CR-42 and AL-70. Additional right-of-way will be needed to implement the project.

The purpose of this public involvement meeting is to inform the public of the design features for the project. The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) is interested in obtaining input from the people who use this route.
