9. For vendors who did not attend the initial pre-proposal conference on January 20, 2026, a mandatory, in person, pre-proposal conference is scheduled for
   Wednesday May 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT at the SER-Montgomery Area Training Facility, 660 Chisholm Street, Montgomery, AL 36110.
10. For vendors who attended the initial pre-proposal conference on January 20, 2026, remote or in-person attendance is required on the date above.
